What does it taste like?

How is it different from other matcha lattes?
Most matcha lattes use culinary grade powder—the lowest grade of matcha which necessitates a massive amount of sugar to offset the bitterness. Kyo uses shade-grown ceremonial grade matcha, which produces a naturally sweet, umami-rich flavor with no bitterness. If you have tried matcha and were driven away by the grassiness, you likely have not tried this grade.

Is it really organic/ceremonial grade?

Is refund available after placing a pre-order?
Yes. You can request a refund at any time, for any reason, after placing your pre-order up until the shipment is dispatched (expected in Q2 2026). All refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your request.
